Welcome to Advice from a Millennial!

Let's start with the real talk - being a millennial woman in this era is not easy. From navigating office politics to figuring out our life priorities to just trying to juggle it all, there's a constant feeling of "Is anyone else struggling with this too?" Well, we're here to assure you - you're definitely not alone. As two millennials who have been deep in these trenches, we've been through almost every cringe-worthy situation and curveball that adulting can throw your way.

Career chaos? We've lived it, from bad bosses to toxic work cultures to getting laid off completely. Relationships going awry? Been there, made those mistakes too. Traveling to escape from reality in search of our best selves? Yeah...we have some stories to tell about that.

The point is, we've messed up plenty in our pursuit of creating fulfilling careers, lifestyles, and overall happiness. But now we're using those failures and funny experiences to be the been-there-done-that voice for fellow millennial women. That's the whole mission of Advice from a Millennial - delivering the real, relatable insights we wish someone had given us earlier. No sugar-coating, just an honest insider's guide to navigating the key worlds of work, travel, self-care, and more while trying to stay grounded and sane.

In our Lifestyle content, you'll find real-talk about developing routines that stick, recipes that inspire, and honing self-care practices beyond the superficial. Our Career musings get into the nitty-gritty of managing work scenarios, finding purpose-driven jobs, and simply being productive adults. And when you need to get out and escape for a bit, our Travel section will provide you with guidance for your next adventure.

Above all, our blog's perspective is that of millennial women who have been around the block, made mistakes, but also learned how to laugh (and sometimes cry) about it all. We're focused on trying to make the best lives for oursevles while also being perfectly okay with ordering that third round of margaritas on a Saturday. So join us for the candid, hard-earned life advice to make your life easier. With a little humor, humility and whole lot of having each other's backs, we'll all get through this adulting stuff together.
